ACCOUNTING II: ECCLESIAL FINANCE. PLANNING AND CONTROLLING
LICENZA IN LEADERSHIP E MANAGEMENT

This course introduces students to understand ecclesial finance in accordance to the core principles of the Code of Canon Law. It covers ecclesial business models and the purpose of financial statements.

Accounts Payable, Cash- and Bank Cycles are covered in details handling receipts, recording the transactions, its money flows and reconciliations. In the Budgeting Process, “hands-on” experiences will be presented to the students - how to prepare an operating budget and how to analyze it.

Examples give an insight of the effective use of controls over financial statements and statutory regulations effecting accounting processes.

ACCOUNTING I: FUNDAMENTALS OF ACCOUNTING
LICENZA IN LEADERSHIP E MANAGEMENT

This course introduces students with no accounting background to understand the fundamentals of accounting and why it is used. It covers book keeping as well as preparing and reading financial statements. Emphasis is given to cash management and its required controls. Ethical rules of conduct are covered for those working in the field having access to sensitive information or to even data manipulation.
